Prepare 110ml of lukewarm water.

1-2 Frozen bananas pieces（170 g-200g）
5 heaped scoops of NATUREDAY A2+ probiotics milk powder
1 teaspoon chia seeds or flaxseed
1 teaspoon collagen protein powder（optional）
1 teaspoon peanut butter or almond butter
Mix NATUREDAY A2+ probiotics milk powder with 225ml lukewarm water, and stir.
Place frozen banana pieces, avocado, NATUREDAY A2+ probiotic milk, chia seeds, collagen protein powder and almond/ peanut butter in a blender.
Blend at high speed until mixed.
Pour into a cup and enjoy.
You can also transform this smoothie into a chia bowl by adding raspberries, sliced bananas, cacao nibs and extra chia seeds.

Chocolate Truffles using NATUREDAY A2+ Milk Powder
4 cup NATUREDAY A2+ Probiotics Formulated Full Cream Milk Powder
1 cup boiling water
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup cocoa powder
Mix 1 cup of boiling water, 2 cups of white sugar, ½ cup of butter and 4 cups of A2+ milk powder.
Pour into a jar and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Pour ¾ cup of your homemade condensed NATUREDAY A2+ Milk into a mixing bowl, and sift the cocoa powder in portions, stirring occasionally.
Add oil to your hands to knead the mixture until it forms a dough. The dough should be soft, smooth and manageable but not sticky.
Transfer dough to a lined tray and spread evenly with your fingers.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cut into portions to serve and ENJOY!
6. Thicken Sauces
Put the flour to one side and open up a can of NATUREDAY for richer and more flavourful sauces, gravies and soups. While flour and cornstarch will do a better job at thickening your sauce, the benefit of using NATUREDAY A2+ milk powder is nutritional benefit and flavour.
